Additional Notes:
Many planes were made by Sargent for Sears, Roebuck & Co. under their “CRAFTSMAN” brand (BL 3740). The CRAFTSMAN planes are quite common in the collector market, but have a much lower value than the Sargent-branded planes. The Sargent No. 600 has the number stamped on the cutter clamp.
