Welcome to The Sargent Planes Page

Hi and welcome to The Sargent Planes Page. This website has primarily been set up in the hopes of assisting collectors, sellers and users in identifying the many types of woodworking planes that were manufactured by Sargent & Company over a 77 year period from 1887 to 1964.

As you can see this site is currently in its infancy, but I plan on having a ton of information up as soon as possible. I've intentionally not set up a search facility at this time, as I want to build up a good collection of the various models of Sargent Planes so that people will not come to a dead end each time. For the time being just click on the "Sargent Planes By Number" link in the menu bar above. Please excuse me if the particular plane you're wanting information on is missing from the site when you visit, but be sure to bookmark the site for future reference. Thank you for your time.
